Hi Markus,

It should work from his site because i can see him in OPDS-32, and you know, WSPR-15 is better than OP32 ;-)
I asked 3 more questions which were not answered, unfortunately...

Yes, strange.
Is your TX frequency stable enough?
Can you receive/decode yourselfe?
What TX frequency did you use?
How do you generate the signal?
