In my opinion, the answer is yes.
Not for me. Hm, but maybe yes, with some limitations: Assuming my RX
system has suffered a phase shift for what ever reason. And assume i
was monitoring the Alphas during that time and i noticed that my phase
jumped e.g. by -60 deg at 22:15 UTC. Then i would say it is valid to
correct the phase of the received signal by 60 deg. BUT i have to find
this observation on my own! Otherwise it is a success based on the help
of others.
