Neither component decoded by itself:

 H-field: Eb/N0 -1.5dB phase 40.3 (no decode)
 E-field: Eb/N0 -0.9dB phase 35.3 (no decode)

The noise was just a little higher than average for the time
of year. On an average night we might gain another dB of S/N.

A strong EbNaut signal on almost the same frequency from a local
station was not a problem - almost opposite beam headings.

I couldn't improve the result by playing around with the E/H mix,
so it looks like the rough E-field cal I'm using is fairly good.

Perhaps try a longer message and stronger code. It looks like
the band will support an earlier start time and later finish.

Eg

 cat msg7 |
   ebnaut -et -N8 -k20 -p16K21A |
   sudo ebkey -S21 -m rp,gpio=23 -T '20171106 2200'

This uses a -k20 option to give a 20 bit CRC. Should still decode,
easily if it's an averagely noisy night.
