Congrats to that successful TA decode!
It would be interesting to see what happens if you transmit the same message to the same time again the next night. Will the SNR rise by about 3 dB?
At a certain time, the message could be decodable at DL0AO.
For me it is not possible to decode the message because i am also active on 8270 Hz these days. But we will make it this season, i am sure!

Received with a couple of dB to spare.

Copied 'DIRAC' at Eb/N0 = +1.8 dB, BER 40.5%.
Constant reference phase, list rank zero.
