A poor signal overnight 16th/17th.  For a while it came up to
0.05 fT but the average was about 0.035 fT, poor S/N.

Daytime 17th was weak too, only averaging 0.025 fT but S/N
was fairly good.

Last night, 17th/18th was better, average signal 0.045 and the
noise was very low.  The carrier 'decoded' to '***' at Eb/N0 =
+1.2 dB so your 3 character message would have decoded easily.

The carrier decode registered best Eb/N0 +1.6 dB at a frequency
offset of 8270.0070925 Hz + 9 uHz.

Spectrum peaked at 8270.007101 Hz +/- 0.5 uHz.
