Thank-you all for the advice and inspiration. The discussion has been very
interesting -- it was well worth the effort to make the VLF photons but
that was the easy part compared with Paul's work. Improving the stability
and ERP are the next goals. In the mean time, the ERP is up by 2 dB and
the raspi/tx are QRV for ebnaut. Stability is an issue but I will provide
a signal if someone suggests a polynomial, etc. In the mean time the
