I think i've decoded the 06.May.2017 18:00:00 UTC 6470.1Hz transmission,
but 2-bit crc passes multiple decodes, most probable message:
found rank 1 ber 4.1912e-01 Eb/N0 -0.0 M -2.227154732e+00 [xx] ps [ 75

carrier phase: 8.4 deg
carrier Eb/N0: -2.3 dB
carrier Es/N0: -19.08 dB
carrier S/N: 8.28 dB in 30.6 uHz, -36.86 dB in 1Hz, -70.84 dB in 2.5kHz
elapsed 256
but it might be also this:
found rank 0 ber 4.6507e-01 Eb/N0 -7.3 M -2.034600258e+00 [yy] ps [ 5 150
150 150 150]
carrier phase: 0.2 deg
carrier Eb/N0: -3.2 dB
carrier Es/N0: -19.96 dB
carrier S/N: 7.40 dB in 30.6 uHz, -37.74 dB in 1Hz, -71.72 dB in 2.5kHz
elapsed 40
The messages were sent off-list to Stefan for verification.
I've had a lot of qrm from charged raindrops (receiver is overdriven most
of the time when a charged cloud is overhead), and some thunderstorms.
Thanks to Paul for uploading version 0.8b of the decoder today, which
supports the 2-bit crc.

Subject: VLF: 6470...
Hi VLF,
Switched back to 6470 Hz (just by putting the heavy stack of iron powder cores
into the
coil).
A carrier is running on 6470.005 Hz at 470 mA since 16:10 UTC.
There will be heavy rain very soon but i can transmit during rain. The only
problem could be
that the resonance cannot be hold. We will see...
If all works well i'm trying a new attempt to nr Moscow (and all other stations
who are
interested), despite the very strong QRN:
f = 6470.100000 Hz
Start time: 06.May.2017 18:00:00 UTC
Symbol period: 60 s
Characters: 2
CRC bits: 2
Coding 16K21A
Duration: 9h, 4m, 0s
Antenna current: 470 mA
