I just ran 1000 decodes of 20 char messages at Eb/N0 -4.0 and
got a standard deviation of phase measurement of 6.0 degrees.

I'm looking forward to the challenge.  35 days wasn't
enough to detect the carrier last time (about 15 dB stacking
gain).
