From 2016-05-21 04:00 to 16:00 the carrier at Cumiana
was 14.6 db in 23.15 uHz.   This is after a stage of vorbis
compression so might be a dB or so better in the raw original.

Good for 5 chars at 84 seconds for Eb/N0 = 0.0 dB.

Cumiana is very sensitive and wideband.  Currently holds the
VLF detection distance record at 8822Hz of 7173 km from W4DEX.
