Hi Lawrence,

I should have mentioned that the article is 40 Earth years old, that is about 
0.5 Uranus years.
So not sure about the OP being retired by now ;-)
Now thinking about that: it would also mean that 12 WPM on Uranus equals +/- 
QRSS10 on Earth, so we should be looking for QRSS signals.
