I ran a 24 hour plot giving 2014-03-01 to LWPC
to select its built-in IRI parameters

 http://abelian.org/vlf/tmp/lwpc140301a.gif

LWPC failed to converge between 11:00 and 16:00 UT and
the nighttime phase prediction is flat. I don't think
the ionosphere model is very detailed. Whatever path
I model gives a flat prediction for nighttime and also
the day/night transitions often bear little resemblence
to measurements. At best it seems to give reasonable
predictions of day and night typical signal strength.

Signal holding steady

 2014-03-02_06:00:00 0.10 fT 8.3 deg

(Times are start times of 30 minute measurements)

Could someone give lat/long or QRA of the transmitter?
