There is a strong signal received Todmorden UK 53.7N,2.07W at 29499.000 +/-
0.01 Hz.

Begins around 00:30 UT +/- 15 mins and continues.

Very clear, 20dB above noise in 0.5 mHz bandwidth, strength about 1.2 fT,
rising later to 1.6 fT (noise floor around 0.2 fT) and the bearing is almost
exactly west.

Strength, frequency, and bearing are consistent with WH2XBA.
