Geri, Mal & Group
Mal, don't be so harsh with them. These guys are obviously new to MF and they have a real problem handling a big vertical (ex BC stn "SWF"). I had a qso with the guy on 80m and he told me they have QRM > S9. A big vertical is definitely a good tx-antenna but for rx it is a completely different story as you surely know.
But Mal you are right they caused a bit of a havoc not beeing able to receive. But as Geri said: a one night ...
Geri maybe you can relay my SWL report to them:
DK0SWF was 599 in the beginning, later (21:00UTC) 579
I also received:
OM1II 559
DF0WD 579
DJ8WX 56/79
DJ2LF 59+9 ((only 11km!)
Sri Mal, I could not receive you
RX: Flex5000, Ant: bandpass loop as per M0BMU in Garden app 4m agl
