Apologies for repeating myself, personally I don't see how people who would prefer to stay with one list could decide also for people who would prefer to stay with the other (or both).

What I would like to see is a VOTE taking place openly on both reflectors
for all to SEE ie TRANSPARENT and DEMOCRATIC and not a closed shop approach
on one reflector.
Let the 155 subscribers please VOTE openly
