All,

the 800km protection zone (= 1W EIRP limit) will affect a large part of Europe.
Keep in mind that the protection zone is not only to the east but also to the 
south (all northern Africa countries requested protection).
Attached a small map that shows the situation.

Perhaps not as far as we would like - for example, is Kaliningrad still part
of the Russian Federation ?
