   Very interesting summary of early T/A contacts!
There is one reference "MM0ALM's CW detected but not read by VE1ZZ"
Otherwise no mention of cw being audible over transatlantic distance.

I have had reports of my carrier being audible in France for example,
but no strong enough for cw copy.
