I can see a trace at present on 8969.9 khz with a slight
downward droop and with some IMAGINATION it could be reported
as someone transmitting but I am suspicious.
In my opinion as well as Frequency and Time there
needs to be another ID factor like sending a Figure or Letter or cutting
carrier for a period of time.
otherwise I am hard to convince, some shots I see
confirming transmissions are only Squiggles based on frequency and time and
useless.
