Andy - also found those Orange Polyester "drop" caps can be slightly lossy at higher powers - Managed to burn a few up at the 1Kw level @137K :-))
Recall a Blond moment when building the Alans' RF bridge design and using a ceramic cap as a tester - couldnt figure out why it has 25 ohms loss at 137kHz - well for a few hours - then it dawned on me....replaced with either a WIMA or Phillips Polyprop and down it went.

A warning to anyone contemplating making power amps - especially class E types.
Don't even think about using the small high voltage ceramic caps availalble at low cost from the suppliers - and sold as "suitable for SMPSUs etc" in resonant circuits
