Hello Daniele, LFers, If you can find a used Kenwood TS-440 at a good price, go for it. I'm using one here for 136, 160-190, and 500 kHz. with good results. Mitch, VE3OT, removed the attenuator to make it receive well on 500, but out-of-the-box it works great on 136 and the LowFER band. 73, J.B., VE3EAR LowFER Beacon "EAR" 188.830 kHz. QRSS30 |
