A high-res spectrogram configuration is available on DF6NM's VLF grabber site (at the bottom). But I guess you already found that one ;-)

After loading Markus' 4-mHz-config, be sure to turn the Periodic Actions off, because they invoke a batch file to upload a screenshot via FTP, which almost certainly doesn't exist on your machine ;-)
