Ha Ha... epic.

Stuff the huge antennas, what you need to do is get an old audio amp, 
load the output with a 8ohm 100watt resistor and stick a large inductor 
in series with the smoothing capacitor so it rejects the audio signals 
and there you have a PLT transmitter !
