John, amazing.-16dB with 200mW ERP would mean that only 10mW ERP would be needed to get a marginal copy. TX is down at 13:45 UTC due to other activities. The usual ALA1530 loop/IC-R75 shows in the WSPR database, at -30dB! My HF vertical fed via MF tuned pre-amp to an IC718 (not reported to WSPRnet) showed at -16dB!! That's 1102km....
