who is in DFCW around 136.307 - 136.308?
I see DF6NM vy strong at .309, and RA3YO with a weak signal and QSB
at 136311.2 - 136311.3 Hz.

RA3YO uses long intervals between dots... a very long message!

Then, I have a steady carrier with QSB at 136.310 - local or DX?
