G3KEV does not use BEACON MODE. I call CQ on 502.57 QSK QSK QSK and I am
always in the shack when doing so to respond to anyone that breaks in. Sri
Jim but you have got it WRONG.
I use NORMAL CW but do respond to QRS 3 at times when I have no other
choice, certainly not my preferred mode.
I do not operate slower than qrs3.

I don't think there is a formal band plan as such, but informally, data
modes and QRSS usually inhabit the range 503.0 - 504.0, the centre of CW
activity is 502.5, some stations use the 501.0 - 502.0 kHz range for
beacon
transmission, and 502.57 is G3KEV...
