Dear all, experimenting with my actual 500kHz/300W PA I found out that the popular TC4426 driver has trouble to switch a couple of IRFP350's properly at 500kHz. For that reason I intend to build a new PA using an IR2110 driver. Some time ago I have seen a 500kHz (500W ?) PA using the IR2110 somewhere on the web, but right now I cannot "google" it. I believe it was from a US ham. Anyone who knows the URL or can point me in the right direction ? 73, Rik ON7YD - OR7T Disclaimer: http://www.kuleuven.be/cwis/email_disclaimer.htm |
