What does it say in English? hi hi... Might have been better to ask for 505-510kc to stay away from that 495-505kc guard band.

   For your information, my request for a temporary allocation of a low
power station in the vivinity of 500 kHz was rejected by the french
department in charge of amateur radio licensing. I received the reply this
morning.
