Scott, and allThanks for the plan. I hope to guesstimate, and later measure, the inductance range of the Variometer I built so that I have an idea where the initial settings should be. If I understand correctly, that initial low frequency you were speaking of will be below the 137 kHz band and just how far below will depend on the real antenna and Variometer, but I am to start looking way below and move the frequency very slowly. Good luck with your renewal work. It would be nice to have a QSO with you on LF before the Canadian experimenting ceases. JA |
