Well done Brian and Peter, that probably explains the problem. JA Has been
working from ideas in the RSGB books which probably are set around rather
more modest heights and areas available. His tower and top-load spread is
quite impressive and should punch out a good signal when he cracks the
tuning.....he should now have a good sight of where to go....... 3 to 6 mH
is what you might require for tuning a 30 foot high 130 foot inverted L to
136kHz

This is the internet and refector at its very best helping isolated
enthusiasts, from the wealth of experience and knowledge available.
