In here the file was inside C:\windows\command,
it was not supposed to be there, the Icon looked
really scary and I have delete the file.

My Windows (98) is still working well and reading
large files OK, it boots normally.

So, I don't know what to think !

DO NOT DELETE THIS FILE
This is a well known and widely publicised hoax.  This file is used for

windoze to

handle long file names properly - delete it and you will not be able to

boot your

computer.
