One man was recommend to me a SkySwepper PRO for the morse decoding. That software use a neuronet algorithm for the morse decoding. He is mistaken not so often then CWGet or other soft with any algor

Hi Mal how can you know when to avoid a licenced radio amateur, how do you describe "average"? You do not "see" them but only have a call-sign to go by. What are your terms of reference to make such

I expect it is only a matter of time before CW Skimmer will cope with poor quality CW signals, similarly to what CWGet is apparently capable of. Just a case of implementing an the algorithm. If I had
