Easily, all you need is a five second transmission of carrier at xx:05:25 xx:20:25 etc But accurate timing to at least one second accuracy is essential, so the PC clock will have to be set continuous

Answers to all comments.   It was modelled with lossless components.  I didn't have to time to do any mofre than a basic cesign..   But its a relativlely benign filter so inductors with Qu of 40 plus
