I just added induction cooking and new refrigerator and led lights with dimmers. My RFI is off the chart. The bosh refrigerator creates crazy noise.
On road this week but I am planning to flip circuit breakers and separate items one at a time. I have so much noise on 80 meters it’s useless. My neighbors must have something going bad as well. Very few occasions I have quite(r) nites or hours. But
Saturday afternoon is nuts so adding TVs as sources. Newer UHD HDR lcd panels making tons of noise.
I also have salty air living on water. Power line insulators are compromised and a little relief after a good rain storm.
Moving to magnetic loop antennas to attempt noise reduction.
Would love to go
back to candles and wood stove.

No noise ever noticed on any frequencies from DC to daylight from our 35 years old GE induction cooktop. Some broadband noise can be detected within a few feet of the cooktop but seems to have never made it
to any outside antenna. However GE appliances sure aren't' made like they use to be. Just like most well established companies that once had a good reputation. Actually GE appliances are now owned by Haier, a Chinese company. If our induction cooktop
dies before I do I'll sure buy another of some brand.

soon I will have to buy a new kitchen and I wonder, if an induction
cooker is the right choice (regarding QRM!). Does anyone have experience
with QRM on MF, LF, VLF produced by an induction cooker? Which brands
can be recommended?
I already heard, that there won't be problems on 80m, but what about
lower frequencies?
I'm not yet QRV on MF/LF, but maybe in the future..
Any comments and experiences will be helpful!
