Yes it has to download 1.5 Mbyte of spectrum data to
fill the screen.

It's throttled by my ADSL line.  Unfortunately, security
restrictions prevent me downloading data from a site other
than the one the .html  is loaded from.   An important
component of browser security.

I need to set up another site, on a VM in a data center.
About $8 per month, and that also means that other
receivers can upload their spectrum data and use
the same web page.   The page can easily be
made to work with single or two channel data from
other sites.

Imagine a pull-down list of VLF receivers to choose from!

Uploaded spectrum data is a mere 8664 bytes every
15 minutes from the rx site - that's for 3-channel,
only 2888 bytes for a single channel rx, and the data
can be saved for a *very* long time.
