The 17470.1 Hz signal from DK7FC is quite disappointing here
in Todmorden.  I was expecting lots of ERP and a great S/N.

Daytime S/N is between -28dB and -20dB in 1Hz.
Daytime phase repeats within about +/- 25 deg.

Nighttime, S/N is poor, best is about -29 dB and about
half the nights it is not significant above noise.
Where I can measure it, the night phase repeats too,
with about 200 degrees of lag compared with daytime phase.

For comparison, DK7FC at 8270 is usually
around -14 to -18 dB at night, and at 6470
the daytime S/N has been -18dB in 1Hz.

I'm not brave enough to estimate the flux density
or field strength just yet, need to do some calibration
at this frequency.
