You're right: command history shows I used the 3rd instead
of 4th by mistake in the vtread command.

> phase: -157.3

Using your carrier to roughly calibrate the new E-field rx,
and tweaking blanker settings, now get

carrier Eb/N0: 9.8 dB
carrier S/N: -29.30 dB in 1Hz,
phase: -142.2

Still a mystery why the EbNaut phase differs from the
recent carrier phase.
