What happened??

Got a strong decode:

 carrier Eb/N0: 7.9 dB
 carrier S/N:  -31.16 dB in 1Hz, -65.14 dB in 2.5kHz
 phase: -157.3

Not sure why the phase is completely different to that of the
recent carrier measurements.
Miracles! I'm excited. Maybe we should forcus a bit more on the 46 km band :-)
