Still no decode, not even with known phase.

Daily Eb/N0:

 23rd  -6.2 dB
 24th -16.8 dB
 25th  -9.2 dB
 26th -10.3 dB
 27th  -9.8 dB
 28th -15.8 dB
 29th  -8.0 dB

Combined -2.5 dB leaving out 24th and 28th.

Yes I've done that in previous tests, dropping out days with a
high background.    Also dropping out one day at a time, then
two.  After that there are too many permutations (each with a
full phase search).
