Thanks Stefan! Distance between DF6NM and DL0AO is 48 km.

Yes a slow window from your tree might possibly receive my signal on 4470, albeit marginally, with perhaps 10 to 12 dB in 31 uHz. Unfortunately I won't be able to do long daytime transmissions before the next weekend.

Best 73,
Markus

That's cool Markus! What is the distance? Must be quite close to 50 km, right?
Would it make sense to set up a 47 uHz or 31 uHz or whatever window looking for your signal?

PS: 59 on VLF - really? Just a birthday greeting to myself ;-)

Hi Paul, Markus, VLF,

That's already a nice peak! Markus' 'OK message' came to late last night, so i let the TX running without starting EbNaut. That's not bad at all because now you will get more energy to produce a better peak.
I'm happy with the SNR on these two locations from my first signal between 4...5 kHz.
I'd like to start a somwwhat longer EbNaut message which will be repeated daily until there are decodes on your RX sites. For DL0AO it could work with 1...2 days stacked and for Paul we may need 2...4 days:

f = 4470.005000 Hz
Start time: 22.August.2017  04:00:00 UTC
Symbol period: 60 s
Characters: 5
CRC bits: 6
Coding 16K21A
Duration: 14h56min
Antenna current: 150 mA

(suggested optimum list length: 9)

Great, i'm excited and curious to see if you will get that message :-)

73, Stefan

So far,

About 10.5 dB in the 12 hour integration.
