More of a power block, that would run on 136/477 with little
modification,
just one out put device and filter needed , low harmonic power levels
probably help ..
with a dedicated driver 'ic' , possible, fet's would have a longer life
span, )
may be power level control as well .. the on frequency aspect is useful
Found a 80 watt 500 Khz inverter with H ic drive
Or just wind a transformer ..

...i would say it's not worth looking at. But it depends on the attitude.
If your goal is to learn about the performance of these highly integrated
H bridges, then the result will be positive because you WILL learn, FETs
dead or alive, so it would be worth to try. If your goal is to become
active on 137 kHz with QRO then i would not bother with them...

Have you looked at these ? ?,
As far as i know the ones which are cheap and available in small amounts
are not suitable for 137 kHz and such power levels.
Tnx Stefan, I see some listed , which appear to be high frequency
etc, but yes as to suitability , cost might be a issue as well ..
worth looking at ?
