Two bright dashes appeared here on
6470.00 Hz this afternoon between 17 and 19 UT. Too late and too strong to
be Stefan's transmission, but much too stable to be QRM.
Not a local self-test either. So who was it?
Father's day is a public holiday in Germany and the
weather was fine, so perhaps someone out there in the field with a barrel of
beer and a kite?
All the best,
Markus (DF6NM)

running 200 mA
now, since 18:08 UTC. I will run it for some hours, maybe through the
night.
The carrier was running through the night and the
morning at 200 mA. I stopped at 14:45 UTC.
A second EbNaut message will
start:
f = 6470.000 Hz Start time: 05.05.2016
15:00:02 UTC Period: 100 s Length: 5 CRC 16 Coding
8K19A Duration: 14h, 13m, 20s Antenna current: 200
mA
