carrier was on for just over an hour - and now back on at 0400Z 137.77600

Testing phase "stable" carrier on 137.7760 for the next hour or so - carrier on at appx 0113Z.



HP GPS 10MHz ref driving HP3336b driving direct Decca 5501 on 2 modules - Beaming East/West so not totally favorable for Eu - around 800W to loop
