Thanks for looking Markus - we had a poor night over the pole with DCF39 being about 20 plus dBs lower than the previous night due to a unfavorable (Bz South and G1) - but Im happy the ungraded tx/coupler/psu/filtering can run at over 1Kw continuously for hours without issue now (ok, for the moment) so Ill await better transpolar and give it a go and announce then

When DCF39 gets to around -35dB on Channel 2 the lower trace of http://kl7l.com/LF00000.jpg things should be favorable - not seen anything on the 136.172 window yet and Ill probably add a single instance to show both the 137.777 and 136.172's

Ive just restarted the 8270.0 VLF window http://kl7l.com/slow00000.jpg  but in all cases if the main 475/137 txs are running things will blank out. If using WSPR I sync the 137/475khz transmission periods to at least give some rx time.

Seasons gretting to all

Hi Laurence,

I've shifted the zoomed section of the 438 uHz spectrogram 1 Hz down to 137776 but nil so far. Well I think you mentioned that your LF transmit loop is not pointing towards Europe, but I guess it's anyway always worth looking.

Season's greetings, and best wishes to all in the group,

Markus (DF6NM)

Testing phase "stable" carrier on 137.7760 for the next hour or so - carrier on at appx 0113Z.

HP GPS 10MHz ref driving HP3336b driving direct Decca 5501 on 2 modules - Beaming East/West so not totally favorable for Eu - around 800W to loop
