The selection of East v West frequencies is always likely to be a problem, but on the whole it is best to stay in the usual frequencies.
 
There is no any DX or any TXing stations at moment, when G3XDV TX.
Why is not use TA for a more RX correspondents in that?
US stations inform before TXing in TA as usual. And TXing is not every day.
 
I am a little aware of the situation and expressed some considerations about the difficulties of receiving the EU in the previous message.
Russian use TX in TA for the two following reasons:
1) More good RX in Europe.
2) A larger number of receiving stations worldwide.
 
The other part of this problem - JA stations use a freq's below 137774 so often and can't use 775-780!
I see it many times. We are want best DX or no? ))

But it was wrong idea to TX in 136172 at long mode!
Samara, St.Peterburg and Tasmania use a TA window only for a while!
UA0SNV use EU, but TA working too.
Three grab in minus as result.
