Roman the problem is that station transmitting elsewhere QRM local DX reception. It is up to those receiving to listen/watch in the right places :-)) Grabbers dont make QRM :-))
 
The selection of East v West frequencies is always likely to be a problem, but on the whole it is best to stay in the usual frequencies.

Congrats with good activity on the Activity Day!
Nice to see it!
 
But it was wrong idea to TX in 136172 at long mode!
Samara, St.Peterburg and Tasmania use a TA window only for a while!
UA0SNV use EU, but TA working too.
Three grab in minus as result.
