DLF 207 kHz had been off for service for some days a few weeks ago.
I was indeed able to hear Iceland in the evening with my K9AY at that time
in southern Germany (lower Bavaria).

P.S. In my new BMW car's radio  LW isn't available any more,only 
MW (probably mainly for US customers) and FM.
But you can order DAB+ as option for 250 Euros extra...
