MF,Aaargh, that QRP stuff just doesn't work in the summer conds. All i got were decodes to distances arround 50km. Maybe it has to do with the building that is in front of the antenna. Now back to the INV-L and here i am again :-) I'm hoping for a TA decode. I remember there were some decodes last summer on the US east coast, along the grey line! The 13.8V PA just consumes 2.8A DC. The estimated ERP is -10 dBm. The loop is pointing to 310/130 deg.
