Thanks for your piece of information. Now, I have switched my RX on and the strange signal is on the band again. Hmmm. It must be really big TX, because the signal is  audible across The Europe.

I can hear it here also. It's not local to me - it exhibits slow QSB. It might be a defective Navtex TX.

Same signal here in JO42, quite strong but with the usual QSB.
Sounds a bit like a PSK 'idle' signal, but distorted. Or RTTY.
