Listen on CW. If you copy “BIA”, that is the Poland NDB in
locator KO10BC. It is transmitting on 473 kHz with + / – about 1 kHz double
modulation.

can hear it here also. It's not local to me - it exhibits slow QSB. It might be
a defective Navtex TX.

Same signal here in JO42, quite strong but
with the usual QSB. Sounds a bit like a PSK 'idle' signal, but distorted.
Or RTTY.
