Yes that is what I am thinking, it is not Henny, he was not transmitting.

These things are difficult to locate, have you seen the bands of noise on my Grabber WIDE VIEW there is a carrier at 15.625KHz a comb of spikes that fills the band. I will ask some questions today but even if located it may be difficult to get it stopped.
Thankfully it doesn't seem to effect the narrow 8.97K region of interest.
