Depends on the  band  , HF uses the  Ae power  feed  ,

Looks a bit odd on mf/lf to see 400 watts etc on MF or 1000 + on LF , so there was a decision , some time back to use the Ae ERP or what ever to indicate the Rf level , I don't think its documented .

Hi group,

I was browsing the WSPR database for MF and noticed that I am the only
one declaring a 50 W power. My TX power output is 50 W, however the
radiate power is just a tiny fraction of 1 W. What is the protocol for
WSPR? Advertise the Pout or the EIRP?
